Returns, Refunds & Shipping

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 7 working days days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact our online sales manager if you are not satisfied with your purchase on support@designteamfabrics.co.za within 7 days of receiving your product.

We will arrange a collection and once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will replace the item for you or initiate a refund to your credit card or do an EFT to your bank account.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies and selected refund payment method.

SHIPPING

All online orders are delivered with Aramex courier services.

Retail product orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.

Fabric orders are manufactured up to order within 7-10 working days with a further 3-5 days delivery.

All shipping fees and delivery times for trade and international orders are quoted to insure best rates and safe delivery.

Deliveries can be tracked via the Aramex website.
