Slight colour variations in base fabric as well as print colour may occur and that a 5% colour variation is acceptable and within industry standard.
Colours seen on screen are not always accurate as all screens are not colour calibrated.
Full payment of all orders is required before production will commence and must be done via Credit Card.
If a fabric is out of stock you will be notified via mail and advised of the earliest delivery.
We ship with Courier Guy for deliveries within South Africa and operate on a standard delivery lead time of 3-5 working days.
Shipping costs for South Africa will automatically be calculated at the check-out point.We give our International clients the option of shipping with Aramex or EMS for their orders. If you are outside of South Africa we will provide you with a quote and expected delivery time for shipping to your area.
COTTON & LINEN/COTTON MIXES: Cold Machine Wash, do not rub on printed areas.
WARM IRON can be used on all fabrics.
DT Design Team will not be held responsible for:
• Fabric incorrectly cleaned or handled.
• Fading of Fabrics exposed to South Africa’s harsh sunlight.
Pre-shrinking of fabrics recommended.
NOTE that slight colour variations may occur from one print run to the next as all fabrics are hand printed and colour mixed.
Please inform us immediately if you are not satisfied with the fabric delivered to you.

ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
Customers may modify their order up to 24 hours after having placed / submitted their order. Any requests to cancel / modify an order beyond that grace period will not be accepted.
Goods are shipped within 4-7 working days.
Please note that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

All shipping fees and delivery times for trade and international orders are quoted to insure best rates and safe delivery.
