Delivery Terms

Slight colour variations in base fabric as well as print colour  may occur and that a 5% colour variation is acceptable and within industry standard.

Colours seen on screen are not always accurate as all screens are not colour calibrated. 

Full payment of all orders is required before production will commence and must be done via Credit Card.

If a fabric is out of stock you will be notified via mail and advised of the earliest delivery.

We ship with Courier Guy for deliveries within South Africa and operate on a standard delivery lead time of 5-7 working days.

Shipping costs for South Africa will automatically be calculated at the check-out point.

 WASHCARE INSTRUCTIONS:

COTTON & LINEN/COTTON MIXES: Cold Machine Wash, do not rub on printed areas.
WARM IRON can be used on all fabrics.

DT Design Team will not be held responsible for:
• Fabric incorrectly cleaned or handled.
• Fading of Fabrics exposed to South Africa’s harsh sunlight.
Pre-shrinking of fabrics recommended.
NOTE that slight colour variations may occur from one print run to the next as all fabrics are hand printed and colour mixed.

Please inform us immediately if you are not satisfied with the fabric delivered to you.

PLEASE CHECK THE QUANTITY AND COLOUR OF YOUR FABRIC BEFORE CUTTING AS DESIGN TEAM FABRICS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE ONCE FABRIC HAS BEEN CUT!

ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

Customers may modify their order up to 24 hours after having placed / submitted their order. Any requests to cancel / modify an order beyond that grace period will not be accepted.

Goods are shipped within 5-7 working days.

Please note that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

1. General Information

All products are made to order, with a production lead time of 5-7 working days.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

All items are carefully checked and packed to insure correct deliveries and quality merchandise.

Please check your goods on receipt to insure that you are satisfied. 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to physical addresses.

All shipping fees and delivery times for trade and international orders are quoted to insure best rates and safe delivery.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Please note we do not ship on weekends.

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered.

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide shipping instruction be adding order notes when checking out on the website. 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact us immediately at sales@designteamfabrics.co.za.
